Contract management & invoicing for IT freelancers
As an independent IT professional you mainly want to focus on your craft, not on contracts and invoices. If you work via Maedium, we take contract management and invoicing off your hands — so you can focus on your assignment.
Sign upWhat does Maedium arrange for you?
When you do an assignment via Maedium, you don't have to worry about the administrative side. With intermediation the contract runs through us: we contract you and the client contracts us. We take care of invoicing, so you don't have to chase payments and are assured of timely payment.
You remain fully self-employed — this is not employment. We only remove the administrative hassle that stands between you and your assignment. Clear agreements, a correct contract and invoicing that's handled: so you can do what you're good at, with the certainty that the business side is right.
What does this mean in practice?
- Correct contract. We draw up a clear, DBA-proof agreement for your assignment.
- Invoicing handled. We invoice the client; you don't have to chase it.
- Timely payment. You know where you stand and when you get paid.
- You stay a freelancer. Full independence, without the paperwork.

For independent IT professionals — cloud, network, security, DevOps and related — who do an assignment via Maedium and prefer to hand over the contract and invoice work.
What do you keep?
Your entrepreneurship and your freedom. You decide which assignments you take on and how you work. We only arrange the contractual and administrative handling around the assignment.
