What data we collect

We collect data that you provide to us through contact forms (name, email address, phone number, message), applications (name, email address, phone number, CV, motivation, LinkedIn profile, availability), and cookies (functional and analytical cookies for website usage). We do not collect special personal data unless strictly necessary for our services.

Why we collect your data

We process your personal data for the following purposes: handling your application or contact request, matching IT professionals with clients, fulfilling legal obligations, and improving our services. The legal bases for processing are: your consent, the performance of a contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in improving our services.

How long we retain your data

We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary. Application data is retained for a maximum of 4 weeks after completion of the procedure, unless you consent to a longer retention period of up to 1 year. Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 6 months. Data that we are required to retain by law is retained for the legally prescribed period.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your data. You can submit a request via info@maedium.nl. We will respond to your request within 30 days. You always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
