What does contract takeover involve?

With contract takeover, Maedium steps into an existing collaboration between you and an IT freelancer. We bring the assignment under our intermediation structure: from now on you contract us, and we contract the freelancer. The engineer stays the same, the work continues, but the working relationship is rebuilt compliantly.

This is a solution for clients who have been working with a fixed freelancer for some time and realise the current structure carries risks now that the Tax Authority is enforcing on false self-employment again. Instead of parting with a good engineer, you continue the collaboration in a way that is sustainable.
