IT all-rounder / helpdesk on-call — dental practice Alkmaar

For a dental practice in Alkmaar we are looking for an IT all-rounder to step in on-call. This is explicitly not a fixed-hours assignment: you are deployed whenever the practice needs you. Some weeks that means a few hours, other weeks nothing at all. A true jack-of-all-trades for anything IT-related. One concrete starting point: patients receive a lot of spam after booking an appointment online. Solving this is the first priority. What you will do: Resolve the spam issue around the online appointment system Keep email working reliably and manage mailboxes Keep computers and workstations up to date Manage domain name(s) and redirects Maintain the network General IT helpdesk: step in wherever needed As a ZZP'er you remain an independent contractor. Maedium handles Wet DBA compliance in the background.

What we ask: Broad IT knowledge: email, DNS/domains, network and workstation management Experience solving spam and mail issues (SPF, DKIM, DMARC a plus) Independent, flexible and reachable on-call Strong communicator — you work in a practice with non-technical colleagues Based in or near Alkmaar for quick on-site availability
